SVJETSKI DAN POEZIJE
Svjetski dan poezije proglašen je od strane UNESCO-a 21. ožujka 1999. godine s ciljem promoviranja čitanja, pisanja, objavljivanja i poučavanja poezije širom svijeta. Na proglašenju Svjetskog dana poezije rečeno je da treba odavati priznanje i poticaj nacionalnim, regionalnim i internacionalnim poetskim pokretima.
Tim povodom je Asocijacija učitelja engleskog jezika iz Tuzle (TETA) pozvala nastavnike i učitelje egleskog jezika na organiziranje sati pisanja poezije u osnovnim i srednjim školama 21.3.2014. godine.
U našoj školi se istom pozivu odazvala nastavnica Bera Salihović te sa svojim učenicima 6. i 8./8 razreda održala sate pisanja poezije. U pitanju nije bilo pisanje bilo kakve poezije, već tzv. akrostične poezije (acrostic poetry) gdje su učenici pisali pjesme na engleksom uz pomoć prvih slova predmeta ili teme koju su izabrali. Teme su bile raznovrsne, od proljeća, slobode, životinja i prirode do omiljenih video igara, Dana zaljubljenih i prijatelja. Najbolji radovi su poslani na Facebook stranicu TETA B&H gdje su i objavljeni. Uz malu pomoć rječnika i nastavnice, pogledajte o čemu su naši učenici pisali.

II. SPRING IS HERE
Spring is here,

IV. MINECRAFT
Minecraft has got blocks all around
I get crazy when I hear its sound
Noobs aren’t clever in this game
Evil mob Herobrine appears in the game.
Creepers explode when you see them
Redstone starts all mechanics in Minecraft
Anvil repairs all weapons and equipment
Failing to repair one thing only
That’s what makes him so lovely.
